Hilkia Jacobs is a South African entrepreneur and co-founder of BlueTel Communications, a telecommunications company specializing in fiber optic network services across Sub-Saharan Africa. He serves as the Financial Director of BlueTel, a role that leverages his extensive experience in network engineering and project management. Jacobs began his career in 2005 in the clinical engineering field before transitioning to telecommunications, where he worked on projects for Telkom and Telecom Namibia. His leadership was instrumental in BlueTel's growth, including securing financing through Business Partners Ltd to acquire their own premises, which enhanced the company's credibility and operational capacity.
Hilkia Jacobs is also a board member and advisor for various organizations, contributing his expertise in both the telecommunications, human resource and a new entry to the insurance industry.

In a consultancy capacity have assisted many companies move form on prem I.T to Cloud I.T and consulted on numerous infrastructure as well as solutions architecture for clients moving to clouds or that just wants to beef up their I.T security or ease their administration.
Streamlining of service through assessment and removing of complexity by reducing points of failure that requires less administration time.
In most recent years I have also expanded support and consultancy to include the Cannabis industry in setting up, growing and production of end products.
